Vote “Mitto” for Best Password Manager

published

I have tons of passwords for tons of websites. So do most of my friends. For that reason my friend Arsen Ovanessoff had the idea to create a great tool to help people manage their passwords in a really productive and secure way. After a coupe years of collaboration, along with our head geek, Ted Schundler, we launched the Mitto Password Manager. We’re proud of our website. Its a solid tool that accomplishes exactly what we intended it to. Everyday we, and our many users, use Mitto to help us log into our many web services with super-strong passwords.

Lifehacker.com is asking its readers to vote for the best password manager, and we need you to help us out by voting for Mitto. You can do so by visiting the article which requests lifehackers readers to vote, and then leave a comment which says “VOTE: Mitto”. Its as simple as that!

If you’re not a Mitto user, here are a few reasons why you should join and vote for us.

  1. It’s totally free!
  2. You can add as many passwords for as many things as you want (besides passwords for websites you can add passwords for things like WiFi routers and even bike locks!).
  3. Its as secure as any website can be, and even adds other methods of authentication, like receiving a special code via SMS.
  4. Using “one click logins” and the Mitto Bookmarklet, logging into most websites is as easy clicking a button.
  5. You can securely share passwords with other Mitto users. Hasn’t anyone told you that emailing passwords to people is a bad idea?
  6. Its been growing steadily since being launched, and we’ve been actively adding new features and improving the service. (pssst, we’ve got some great new features and UI upgrades in the works as we speak.)
  7. I helped make it.
