Our students from our Sunday School at St. James Armenian Church in Los Angeles performing the Armenian National Anthem. Very cool! Great job everybody.

Oratsouyts Mobile
This was several months in the making. Its still got a long ways to go, and I hope the users of the Oratsouyts Online enjoy it.
More often than not, we find opportunities to use the Oratsouyts when we’re away from our desks. Perhaps, on the way to Church on a given Sunday we want to see what feast is being celebrated, or we find a few free minutes in a taxi or on a bus when we can read the day’s bible readings…. Therefore, our first priority has been to create a mobile version of the Oratsouyts Online. This is a new version of the Oratsouyts which is optimized for today’s smartphones, working on iOS and Android based mobile phones.

This is one of my favorite photos from the consecration of our new Cathedral, St. Leon.
The use of the fisheye in this shot really serves to capture the experience of being in the cathedral on that historical day. I also like the its facing the congregation, and not the altar. I’m going to post at least one more of favorite photos from the event.
