We just launched chatsworth-autobody.com, the hardest working auto body shop in the San Fernando Valley. This is actually, my brother-in-law’s shop, and its a family run shop thats been servicing the Chatsworth area for years.
On a geeky note, it was fun using Padrino to control the site. I always enjoy playing with new Ruby Frameworks.

My brother was on the team that created this awesome commercial for Nissan. He’s the taller, fitter, slightly less handsome version of myself standing on the right in the video still.
This car seems pretty interesting, though I haven’t familiarized myself with the details yet. All I can say is that if owning this car means I get to hug polar bears, then I am in.
Labor Day in LA was a beautiful, warm day. I am aware that elsewhere in the country people were evacuated from the homes because of a German hurricane, and that Republicans where thanking the Lord that they purchased event insurance, but Annie and I felt like it would be okay if we had a nice day together. We decided to go to Huntington Gardens, a place we enjoy and haven’t been to for years. Annie was looking forward to the new Chinese Garden, and I was excited about the exhibition on LA photography. It was great. Afterward, we went to go see Traiter, which was pretty good.
It great, but unrelated news, my friend John while campaigning for Ralph Nader, actually met Mos Def. Aside from being generally awesome, this event allowed me to write the previous sentence, which is the third most unlikely sentence of all time.
